Customer reported unable to access the NAS folder and getting below error.
Step 1
Go into customer network environment, like connect to VPN, jump-host, or TeamViewer customer PC.
Example ELL customer, ask Lora to provide PC for access the ELL network environment.
Step 2
Remote into the PC and open any browser to launch this URL.

Username: admin
Password: Pa$$w0rd
Step 3
Open the Control Panel as pointed.
Step 4
Open the External Access as pointed.
Step 5
Need to tick the box for enable QuickConnect and click the “Apply” button as below shown.
Step 6
It will take little time for Initializing and registering shown as below.
Step 7
Ensure you will see this message before ask customer to test the NAS folder.
Step 8
Ensure user able to access NAS as below shown.
Remark:
If facing ID required as below shown during enable the function in NAS.
- Check the Google share drive to see if there are any login credentials or not.
- If not, ask the IT team for advice.
- If the IT team did not have any information, direct ask to the customer if IT team give the permission to us.
- If customer did not have any information about it, try ask customer to provide who design the NAS topology for them (as like vendor or supplier).
- After created the account, please inform to IT team for upload the credentials into Google excel sheet.
