It user for remote access customer computer to perform troubleshooting

Step 1
Login Ninja with AWE credential

Step 2
Go to Organization tab to find the customer and click it, for example customer from TAL Dialysis then click on it.

Step 3
Find the customer PC name and click on it. If can’t find user PC name in the list, need ask user provide TeamViewer for remote.

Step 4
Point to the “Ninja Remote” icon as below shown and click it.

Step 5
It will take time to “loading” as the below screen shows.

Step 6
Click the “Download for Windows (64)” for first-time users using it.

Step 7
Open the installer and tick the box, then click “Install” as below

Step 8
Click “Done” button as below

Step 9
Repeat step 4 and click the “Open Link” as below.

Step 10
It need take time to load for connection until established shown as below.

Launch below is show successful connected to the PC

Just tick the “X” on top right Conner button shown if want end the remote session
