As Eric requested, we need send the screenshot of the backup to HTNS by first week of monthly.

Below step to view the backup report and need send this to the recipient.


Step 1

Login to the AWS with below credentials.

Click the S3 as below shown.


Step 3

Click the “htnsdbbackup” as below pointed.


Step 4

Type the “HTNS_NEW_DB_backup” into the filter column and enter, also click the last modified to made it descending order.

Screenshot entire month to show HTNS about the backup is running in daily.

*Ensure every day have the backup file generated, please inform to Eric if found no backup file generated. *


Step 5

Repeat the same step and type “EVENT_PROD_backup” into the filter column and enter, also click the last modified to made it descending order.

Step 6

Use TechStudio mailbox to compose new email and send to below recipient.
